Ticket Delivery Policy

Last updated: April 12, 2026

1. How tickets are delivered

Tickets purchased through Ticket Brew may be delivered by one or more of the following methods: email, WhatsApp, in-platform confirmation pages, downloadable ticket pages or files, or any other supported digital delivery method made available by Ticket Brew from time to time.

The delivery method available for a specific event will be indicated during checkout or in the event details.

2. Delivery timing

Tickets are issued once payment is successfully confirmed by our payment provider, Paystack. Delivery is typically near-instant following payment confirmation, but may be delayed where:

  • payment confirmation from Paystack is pending or delayed due to banking, card network, or Paystack system factors;
  • a fraud or security review of the transaction is required;
  • a technical issue with a third-party delivery provider (including email or WhatsApp service providers) causes a delay; or
  • incorrect buyer contact details were provided.

Ticket Brew is not responsible for delays caused by Paystack, third-party messaging providers, email service providers, or Meta (WhatsApp) where such delays are outside our reasonable control.

3. Buyer responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery details at checkout, including the correct email address and, where WhatsApp delivery is selected or available, the correct WhatsApp-enabled phone number.

Ticket Brew is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details supplied by the buyer. If you provide an incorrect contact detail, you should contact our support team as soon as possible.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their email provider or device does not block, filter, or reject ticket delivery communications, including checking spam or junk folders.

4. Third-party delivery providers and force majeure

Ticket delivery via WhatsApp depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and associated service providers. Ticket Brew does not control Meta's platform availability and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by WhatsApp or Meta service disruptions, outages, policy changes, or account-level restrictions imposed by Meta.

Ticket Brew is not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including network outages, acts of government, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service disruptions. In such circumstances, we will take reasonable steps to re-deliver or provide an alternative means of ticket access.

5. Re-accessing tickets

Where available, buyers may be able to access their tickets again through a confirmation link, account area, or support channel. Contact our support team at [email protected] if you cannot locate your ticket.

6. Ticket formats

A valid ticket may be issued as a QR code, barcode, image, PDF, wallet pass, WhatsApp message, email attachment, or another format approved by Ticket Brew. The valid entry format for a specific event will be determined by the organiser. Ticket Brew does not guarantee that all formats will be accepted at all venues; buyers should confirm the accepted format with the organiser if in doubt.

7. Ticket security and misuse

Tickets contain unique identifiers such as QR codes or barcodes and are intended for single use per entry. Buyers should treat their ticket as a secure credential and not share it publicly or allow unauthorised duplication.

Ticket Brew and event organisers may use scanning and check-in systems to detect and prevent duplicate, counterfeit, or fraudulently transferred tickets. Ticket Brew is not responsible for entry being refused where a ticket has been duplicated, transferred in breach of the organiser's terms, or otherwise compromised.

8. Delivery failures

If you do not receive your ticket within a reasonable time after receiving confirmation that your payment was successful, contact our support team promptly at [email protected]. Please include your order reference number, the name and date of the event, and the contact details you provided at checkout.

9. No physical shipping

Ticket Brew provides digital ticket delivery only. Unless expressly and specifically stated otherwise for a particular event, physical ticket shipping is not offered.
